Why these locations
Melaka’s historic role as a Southeast Asian trading port reflects its strategic position between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Its cable landing station serves regional fibre systems including Batam–Dumai–Melaka, Dumai–Melaka and SEA-ME-WE 4.
Indicative drive times; traffic and border conditions vary.
About 30 minutes by road from Kuala Lumpur city centre, Serendah sits in a growing industrial and logistics corridor with an established high-value manufacturing base. A planned passenger-and-cargo station will connect the area to the multi-billion-ringgit East Coast Rail Link.
Hyperscale investment is also taking shape nearby: a construction contract has been disclosed for an international operator’s data centre in Bandar Serendah.
A Malaysian operator
Turing DC is a private corporate enterprise data centre operator focused on modular facilities for AI GPU servers.
Turing DC is managed by Fatfish Ventures Sdn Bhd, an experienced venture builder that has supported the IT and infrastructure needs of technology companies since its founding in 2014.
Fatfish Ventures traces its roots to a group that spun out of a technology incubator supported by Singapore’s Media Development Authority (MDA). Since then, it has assembled engineers with global digital infrastructure experience to develop solutions for AI-driven data centre demand in Malaysia and, in time, across the region.
